British fashion icon Kate Moss has partnered, once again, with iconic British High-Street retailer TOPSHOP on a Spring/Summer Premium Collection that has already had fashion lovers everywhere going totally bonkers anticipating it’s release!

The 40 piece collection, which will hit stores April 30th, is divided up into 4 unique style categories that reflect Kate’s own personal style- Balearic Dressing, Pyjama Dressing, Cocktail Hour and Tailoring Noir.

Balearic Dressing- a reflection of Kate’s love for the Balearic Islands comes a series of carefully embroidered smock-tops, silk blouses, crochet dresses and a white kaftan that is based on a vintage find she wears every summer.

 

Pyjama Dressing-  Silk satin sourced in London’s Soho carries two distinct prints: a subtle, distorted floral design and a vivid Oriental-inspired flower pattern. Both prints will be available in high-waisted trousers, blouses and an ultimate pyjama coat.

 

 

 

Cocktail Hour-  flirtatious and sexy with hemlines either slashed at the thigh or falling to the floor. The intentional vintage effects, opulent trims and detailing such as cobweb beadwork, sequin bead fringing and crepe satin splicing, all provide a delicate and deluxe element to the designs.

 

 

Tailoring Noir -introduces a selection of tailoring including tuxes and trouser suits in black and black gold metallic mixes, a bias cut liquid metallic lame dress and lame floral printed shirts.

 

 

The collection takes reference from Kate’s own globe trotting lifestyle, a standout being a deep blue colored fringed jacket modeled after one Kate has worn to three Rolling Stones concerts and refers to as her “gig” jacket.

 

What sets this collection apart from previous collaborations between TOPSHOP and Kate Moss is it’s overall luxurious feel.

Designed to be a cohesive collection showcasing Kate’s own personal style, it achieves a premium feel with the use of rich luxe fabrics including butter soft suede and opulent satin, intricate bead work, trimmings and details including hand stitching combined with Kate Moss’ vintage fashion aesthetic the collection has set itself up to be the must-have of the season.
